Notification of Purchase of own Shares


Blue Planet Growth and Income Investment Trusts Nos. 1 - 10 plc 
announce that on 4 July 2002 each of the Trusts bought back 
10,000 shares for cancellation at a price of 106.0p per share 
which is the equivalent price of 1060p per share unit. 
Following the buy back there will be 1,372,900 shares in issue 
per Trust.

The share buy back is being achieved by the application of 
capital reserves in accordance with the announced policy of 
the Boards.
