undiluted Net Asset Value was 268.73 pence per unit. Investment values are calculated using BID prices.

This is equivalent to 26.873 pence per share for each of the ten identical trusts.

Blue Planet Investment Management Ltd announces that at close of business on the 18th August 2006 the unaudited diluted
Net Asset Value was 242.08 pence per unit. Investment values are calculated using BID prices.

This is equivalent to 24.208 pence per share for each of the ten identical trusts.

The closing share price at BID on the London Stock Exchange on that date was 174.00 pence per unit.

A unit comprises ten shares, one share in each of the Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trusts Nos 1-10.
