plc (the Companies) were notified on 24 January 2005 that as a result of recent
transfers/sales of units, Goy Harris Cartwright Limited now has an interest in
157,575 units of the ordinary shares of the Companies, representing 11.6% of the
Companies' issued ordinary share capital.
