plc(the Companies) were notified on 28 January 2005 that as a result of recent
transfers/sales of units, Goy Harris Cartwright Limited now has an interest in
147,075 units of the ordinary shares of the Companies, representing 10.9% of the
Companies' issued ordinary share capital.
