The Boards of Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trusts Nos 1-10
plc (the Companies) were notified on 3 November 2004 that as a result of recent
transfers/sales of units, Goy Harris Cartwright Limited now have an interest in
168,475 units of the ordinary shares of the Companies, representing 12.5% of the
Companies' issued ordinary share capital.
