The Boards of the Companies have been informed that as a result of recent
purchases of units Blue Planet Worldwide Financials Investment Trust PLC holds
68,351 Ordinary Units, representing 68,351 Ordinary 10p shares in each of the
Companies.
This holding represents an interest in 5% of the issued share capital of the
Companies.
