The Boards of Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment
Trusts Nos 1-10 plc (the Companies) have been notified that on 
3 December 2002 Exeter Financials Fund Limited sold 69,000 
units of the ordinary shares of the Companies. Following this 
transaction, portfolios under the management of Exeter Asset 
Management Limited no longer hold any of the issued capital of 
this class of share.
