The Boards of Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trusts Nos 1-10
plc  (the  Companies)  have  been  notified  that  on  10th October 2002 Exeter
Financials  Fund  Limited  sold  46,000  units of the ordinary  shares  of  the
Companies.  Following  this transaction, portfolios  under  the  management  of
Exeter Asset Management  Limited hold in aggregate 69,000 units of the ordinary
shares of the Companies, representing  5.06%  of the Companies' issued ordinary
share capital.
