The Boards of Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trusts Nos
1-10 plc (the Companies) have been notified that on 21st November 2001 Exeter
Financials Fund Limited bought 15,000 units of the ordinary shares of the
Companies. Following this transaction, portfolios under the management of
Exeter Asset Management Limited hold in aggregate 105,000 units of the
ordinary shares of the Companies, representing 7.51% of the Companies' issued
ordinary share capital.
