Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trusts Nos 1-10 plc

The Boards of Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trusts Nos 1-10 plc ("the Companies") have been notified
that on 16th May 2003 Blue Planet Investments Limited, a company owned by Mr K C Murray, a Director of the Companies,
acquired ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Companies, as set out in the table below, at 81 pence per share. Blue Plan-
et Investments Limited also acquired on 16th May 2003, warrants in the Companies, as set out in the table below, at 8.75
pence per warrant. Mr Murray is, following this acquisition, beneficially interested in 170,549 ordinary shares in ea-
ch of the Companies (of which 128,050 are held by Blue Planet Investments Limited) representing 12.51% of the Companies'
issued ordinary share capital and 35,000 warrants in each of the Companies (of which 20,000 are held by Blue Planet I-
nvestments Limited) representing 13.09% of the Companies' warrants.
