Director Shareholding

The Companies have been advised that Blue Planet Investments Limited, 
a company owned by Mr K C Murray, a director of the Companies, acquired
on Thursday 17 April 2003, 10,000 units of the ordinary shares of the 
Companies at 799p per unit.

Mr Murray is, following this acquisition, beneficially interested in 
169,979 units of the ordinary shares of the Companies (of which 127,480
are held by Blue Planet Investments Limited) representing 12.47 per 
cent of the number of units in issue.
