March 2008 and Notice of Meeting of Annual General Meeting 2008 have been

At the Annual General Meeting on 5th August 2008, it is proposed that the
Company's Articles of Association be amended.  A summary of the proposed changes
is set out in the Notice of 2008 Annual General Meeting and the draft amended
Articles of Association are available for inspection at the Company's registered
office.
