BLOCK LISTING

The  Company  announces that in accordance with the Block Listing rules  of  the
United  Kingdom Listing Authority "UKLA" and the London Stock Exchange "LSE"  it
has  applied  for  the block listing of 2,555,900 Ordinary Shares  of  1p  each,
equally in each of the ten separate Trusts which comprise the Unit.

The purpose of this application will be to satisfy the exercise of warrants until they lapse in 2010.

A unit comprises ten shares, one share in each of the Blue Planet Financials
Growth & Income Investment Trusts Nos 1-10.
