BLUE PLANET FINANCIALS GROWTH & INCOME INVESTMENT TRUST NOS 1-10 PLC

ADDITIONAL LISTING

Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trust No's 1-10 PLC (the "Company") announces that 6,700 new ordinary
shares of 1 pence each in each Trust were this morning issued to trading on the Official List of the London Stock
Exchange pursuant to the exercise of warrants on 31 July 2008.


In addition, today the Company transferred 1,000 shares held in treasury to satisfy the remainder of the warrant
exercise.  The shares held in treasury were transferred for £1.94 per share unit.


Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company now holds no ordinary shares in treasury and the total
number of ordinary shares in issue following the warrant exercise and the issue of new shares is 13,660,900 ordinary
shares.  The total number of voting rights in the company is therefore 13,660,900.

The above figure (13,660,900) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules
