The issuer has advised that the following amendment should be made to the
'Holding in Company'announcement released at 12:06 on 28 November 2001 under RNS
number 8402N.

The holdings of both Scottish Widows Investment Management and Universities 
Superannuation Scheme Limited are still notifiable under sections 198 to 208 of 
the Companies Act 1985, and remain unchanged from prior notifications.
