The Company was today informed that Ms E N Calder, a director of the Company,
today sold 5,800 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') at £7.00.
Following this transaction, Ms Calder's beneficial interest is 10,554 Ordinary
Shares, which represents 0.06 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
