EMPLOYEE BENEFIT TRUST DEALINGS

The Company has been notified today that the Regenersis Employee Benefit Trust bought 650,000 shares in the Company on 14 January 2015 at a price of 231.5p per share and on 15 January 2015 bought a further 150,000 shares in the Company at a price of 228p per share.

Following this, the Employee Benefit Trust is interested in 1,627,831 ordinary shares, representing 2.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
