Appointment of an additional Director
Mercury World Mining Trust plc
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Adam Fleming as an
additional Director of the Company with effect from 8th December 1999.
Mr Fleming is Chairman of Harmony Gold Mining Company Ltd and a Director of
Randgold & Exploration Company Ltd.
There are no further details or disclosures required under Paragraphs 6.F.2 (b
- g) of the Listing Rules.
