Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for a listing of 277 Ordinary Shares of 5p each fully paid to be
admitted to the Official List. The new shares rank pari passu with the
existing Ordinary Shares. The new shares were issued following conversion of
7.25% Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2003.
