Results of AGM

Following the Annual General Meeting which was held today, we are pleased to
announce that all resolutions put to shareholders were passed.

Under listing rule 9.31(b) a copy of the resolutions has been submitted to the
UK Listing Authority and will shortly be made available via the UKLAs Document
Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

The minimum number of proxy votes received in favour of the resolutions was
99.5%.


Retirement of a Director

Immediately following the AGM Mr W J R Govett retired as a Director and Chairman
of the Company with effect from today.  He has been succeeded as Chairman by Mr
R D Brewster.
