2004 by The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc, for itself and on behalf of The
Royal Bank of Scotland plc, National Westminster Bank plc and RBS Pension
Trustee Ltd (the "RBS group of companies") that the RBS group of companies have
an interest in 304,898 shares and therefore no longer have a notifiable
interest, within the meaning of Section 199(2) of the Companies Act 1985, in the
shares comprised in the issued share capital of the Company.
