The Board of Merrill Lynch Commodities Income Investment Trust plc is pleased to
announce that a second quarterly interim dividend of 1.0625p per ordinary share
has been declared by the Directors, payable on 28 July 2006 to holders of
ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 30 June 2006 (ex
dividend date is 28 June 2006).
