SHARE TRANSFER COMPLETE

Further to the announcements on 24 December 2004 and 25 April 2005, the Company was notified on 7 September 2009 that Mr Stephen B Streater has completed the transfer of 100,000 ordinary shares to his uncle as a wedding gift.

Following this exercise, Mr Streater and his wife will have a total related party shareholding of 62,660,000 ordinary shares representing 79.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
