Andrew's appointment to the Board follows that of Jim Irving on the 2nd November 2015. Both appointments have been made to strengthen the commercial capability of the Company's leadership team.

Andrew, aged 53, was the former Chairman of the University of Bedfordshire which under his tenure was awarded The Queen's Award for Enterprise and was returned to sustainable profitability. Andrew was founder and Executive Chairman at LP33.TV, a USA and China based digital media production company and content distributer, which achieved over 5 million unique online views in the US and owned a production library of over 1,000 titles.

As President of Electrolux Home Products (EHP) International, Andrew was responsible for over 25,000 employees. Key achievements included the Global Brand Repositioning, Sales Channel reengineering in response to retail consolidation and e-commerce B2B, New Technology and New Product generation planning and development.

Previous earlier positions have included CEO of EMI and Virgin Music Group Asia-Pacific, CFO of the Virgin Music Group, Head of Strategic Analysis at Safeway PLC and various roles at BP Exploration.

Mr Bentley is currently interested in 30,000 ordinary shares of Forbidden Technologies, which represents less than 0.1 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.

Stephen Streater, Chairman of Forbidden Technologies, commented:

"We are very pleased to welcome Andrew to the Board, an appointment which alongside that of Jim Irving, satisfies the Company's intent to build a commercially driven leadership team. Andrew's successes, his leadership experience and his network will provide an exceptional foundation to drive Forbidden's commerciality globally."

Andrew Bentley said of his appointment:

"I have been following Forbidden for some time, and it has been clear that the powerful technology has deserved a more dynamic commercial leadership. I am pleased to join the Board at a time when the Executive team is driving forward a new range of market driven products."
