Results of AGM

The Company is pleased to announce that at the annual general meeting held
earlier today all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed, including the
resolution that the Company continue in existence as an investment trust.

A further resolution for the continuation of the Company will be put to
shareholders at the annual general meeting to be held in 2005.
