The directors of Stanelco Plc note recent movements in its share price.  Whilst
the company has been exploring new applications of its welding technology, and
possible licensing arrangements, there is far from any certainty that any
commercial benefit will ensue to Stanelco.  The directors are not aware of any
other reason for the movements in its share price.
