Stanelco Plc today announces the issue of 1,149,999 ordinary shares of 0.1p each
representing 0.12% of the issued capital.


These shares have been issued to a former employee under the Enterprise
Management Incentives Share option scheme at an exercise price of 2.25p for
444,444 ordinary shares and 3.875p for 705,555 ordinary shares.


An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for these shares to be admitted to the official list.


Dealings are expected to commence on 8 December 2005.
