The Company was notified by a letter dated 13 October 2006 that the Mineworkers
Pension Scheme, registered in the name of Mineworkers Pension Scheme (Chase GIS)
Nominees Ltd, now has an interest in 31,489,216 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in
the Company.  This represents a total of 3.14 per cent of the issued share
capital of the Company.
