Stanelco, the RF (radio frequency) applications group, announces that on 25
February 2003 Barrie Hozier, director, acquired 13,333,333 shares. Barrie Hozier
is now interested in 13,333,333 ordinary shares, representing 2.03 per cent. of
the issued share capital of Stanelco.


Stanelco also announces that it has been informed that on 25 February the I N
Davis (1991) Trust had disposed of 15,000,000 ordinary shares and is now
interested in 251,489,940 ordinary shares, representing 36.62 per cent, of the
issued share capital of Stanelco.
