Following the Company's successful firm placing, placing and open offer and the
admission of 1,975,992,559 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ('
Ordinary Shares') to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange, the Company
has been informed by certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities
that as a result of their taking up entitlements under the open offer their
interest in Ordinary Shares is as set out below.


The revised interests are based on a total issued ordinary share capital of
2,977,646,824 Ordinary Shares.
