Completion of Sale

Further to the announcement on 7 September 2012 regarding the proposed sale of the Company's 50 per cent. holding in Biotec Holding GmbH for £5.2m in cash (the "Sale") and the subsequent passing of the resolution at the Company's General Meeting on 27 September 2012, the Company is pleased to announce that the Sale has today completed and the funds in respect of the Sale have been received.
