   R.P. Scherer Corporation exercises option to extend capsule collaboration



Stanelco, the RF (radio frequency) applications group, is pleased to announce
that R.P. Scherer Corporation has exercised its option to develop Stanelco's
patented RF technology for capsules in the healthcare market in addition to
pharmaceutical applications. InGel Technologies Limited (InGel), which is 95%
owned by Stanelco and 5% owned by R.P. Scherer Corporation, will carry out the
development with the support of both Stanelco and R.P. Scherer Corporation.
