Additional Listing - REPLACEMENT

This announcement replaces the announcement with RNS number 6197H issued at
11.55 a.m. on 14 August 2006.

The Company will make application for 10,313,068 new ordinary shares rather than
10,313,067 as previously stated. Of this application, 2,306,663 new ordinary
shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options rather than
2,306,662 as previously stated.

All other details remain unchanged and the full amended text appears below with
asterisks marking where the amendments have occurred.



The Company will make application to the UK Listing Authority and to the London
Stock Exchange for 10,313,068* new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ('Ordinary
Shares') to be admitted to the Official list and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange ('Admission'). It is expected that Admission will occur on 18 August
2006. The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of
options under the Company's EMI Option Scheme by a number of employees in
respect of 2,306,663* new Ordinary Shares. The remaining 8,006,405 new Ordinary
Shares are being issued in respect of subsequent consideration shares as
specified in the Sale and Purchase agreement dated 3 June 2004 for the
acquisition by the Company of Aquasol Limited.
