VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Amco
Corporation PLC notifies the market of the following:


Amco Corporation PLC's capital consists of 12,934,327 ordinary shares with a
nominal value of 10p each, with voting rights. Amco Corporation PLC does not
hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.


Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Amco Corporation PLC is
12,934,327.


The figure of 12,934,327 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Amco Corporation PLC under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
