The Company today announces that yesterday I Swire, the Financial Director of
the Company, exercised options over 4000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company for nil consideration.  As a result of this transaction, Mr Swire
currently has a beneficial interest in 17000 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 0.13 per cent. of the issued share capital of that class.



The Company also announces that yesterday, D M Jackson the Commercial Director
of the Company, exercised options over 1500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company for nil consideration.  As a result of this transaction, Mr Jackson
currently has a beneficial interest in 1500 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 0.01 per cent .of the issued share capital of that class.
