Division of Bradstock Financial Services Acquired

Berry Birch & Noble plc ('BBN') announces that it has today entered into an
agreement to purchase the Personal Financial Planning Business of Bradstock
Financial Services Limited (in Administration) ('BFS') for a sum of £470,000
in cash. This includes the payment by BBN of £120,000 for the assets of the
business being cars and computer equipment.

The agreement will allow BBN to exploit the BFS client base of some 22,000
financial planning clients.

The agreement equally includes the transfer of 45 employees to BBN, situated
in 6 different offices across the UK being London, Harrow, Birmingham,
Nottingham, Manchester and Glasgow.
