The Company can confirm that Mr Shortis does not have, and has not previously had, 
any other directorship in any other publicly quoted company at any time in the 
previous five years, and there are no details to be disclosed pursuant to 
paragraphs 9.6.13.2 to 9.6.13.6 of the Listing Rules.
