Big Yellow Group plc announces that on 22 June 2007 it purchased from JPMorgan
Cazenove Limited 100,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 529.0779 pence
per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the
above purchase, Big Yellow holds 100,000 ordinary shares in treasury, and has
114,654,711 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
