Result of Annual General Meeting

Big Yellow Group PLC ('The Group') announces that, at the Annual General Meeting 
held today, all resolutions contained in the notice of the Annual General 
Meeting dated 30 May 2007 were duly passed.

The final dividend of 5.5p per Ordinary Share will be paid on 18 July 2007.
