Big Yellow Group PLC announces that Walbrook Trustees (Guernsey) Ltd as trustee
of the Big Yellow Group PLC Employee Benefit Trust, in which all executive
directors and employees are potentially interested, purchased 100,000 shares at
549.6p on 13 June 2007.  The trust now holds 715,000 Big Yellow Group PLC
shares.
