pursuant to section 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 that on 3 February 2003
Morley Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary of Aviva plc (formerly CGNU plc))
sold 1,603,921 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in Big Yellow Group Plc, thereby
reducing its total shareholding to 4,276,673, representing 4.08 per cent of the
total issued share capital.
