2001 pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 that AEGON UK plc Group
of Companies has purchased 576,981 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in Big Yellow
Group Plc, thereby increasing its total shareholding to 4,676,109,
representing 4.04 per cent of the total issued share capital.
