Big Yellow Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed today that
Stephen Homer, a director of the Company, today acquired 11,500 ordinary shares
at 131 pence per share for his self administered pension fund. This increases
his total beneficial holding to 851,500 ordinary shares in the Company.
