Directors shareholding



Big Yellow Group PLC ("Company") announces that Philip Burks, an executive
director of the Company, has today sold 500,000 ordinary shares at 128 pence per
share.  This results in a total holding in the Company by Philip Burks of
11,378,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.



The Company also announces that David Ross, a non executive director of the
Company, has today bought 500,000 ordinary shares at 128 pence per share.  This
results in a total beneficial holding by David Ross of 2,432,906 ordinary Shares
in the Company.
