2002 that Nicholas Vetch and Philip Burks, directors of the Company, both sold
45,000 ordinary shares on 22 January 2002 at 96 pence per share. This results in
a total beneficial holding by Nicholas Vetch and Philip Burks of 12,455,000
ordinary shares each.
