b)	Nature of the transaction	On 14 January 2021, Mr Lee exercised 3,242 shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (Approved) at a price of 773.33 pence per share.  He then sold 3,242 shares at an average price of 1111.11 pence per share.  On 15 January 2021, Mr Lee exercised 23,197 shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (Unapproved) at a price of 0 pence per share.  He then sold 23,197 shares at an average price of 1111.11 pence per share.  Following this transaction, Mr Lee and his family's beneficial holding is 874,735 ordinary shares, representing 0.50% of the Company's issued share capital.
