Completion of acquisition of 66.7% of Big Yellow Limited Partnership

Big Yellow Group PLC has today completed the acquisition of the 66.7% of Big Yellow Limited Partnership for a consideration of £39.25 million as announced on 19 November 2014.  On completion the Group repaid the outstanding bank facility within the Partnership using existing resources.  The Partnership is now ultimately owned 100% by Big Yellow Group PLC.

The Group also announces that it has increased its main bank facility provided by Lloyds and HSBC by £25 million to £170 million.  The key terms of the facility are unchanged.
