Change of venue for AGM

Further to its notice to shareholders dated 2 July 2020, Big Yellow Group PLC announces a change of venue for the upcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") that was to be held at 10:00am on 5 August 2020 at 2 The Deans, Bridge Road, Bagshot, Surrey, GU19 5AT.

The AGM will now take place at 10:00am on 5 August 2020 at 21 Arlington Street, London, SW1A 1RN.  All other details of the AGM remain the same.  As previously advised, due to the safety measures currently in place to limit the spread of COVID-19, shareholders are asked not to attend the meeting in person and the Company currently intends to refuse entry to shareholders who do attempt to attend.  Please refer to the Notice of AGM on the Company's website ( https://corporate.bigyellow.co.uk/investors/shareholder-centre ), which requests that shareholders vote on the resolutions by Proxy.

The results of the AGM will be posted on the Company's website following the meeting.
