Blocklisting Application Update

Big Yellow Group PLC (the "Company") announces that further to our announcement of 13 April 2012 relating to an application to block list 400,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, we can confirm that the block listings consist of 100,000 shares to be issued under The Big Yellow Group PLC Approved Share Option Plan and 300,000 shares to be issued under The Big Yellow Group PLC Unapproved Share Option Plan.
