Brevan Howard Master Fund Limited

The Company has been informed that the Brevan Howard Master Fund Limited (the "Master Fund") is returning capital to certain of its investors. The Company will not be affected by the arrangements.

Shareholders are reminded that the directors of the Company may (in their absolute discretion) determine in each calendar year that the Company may offer to make a partial return of capital to shareholders based on the positive NAV performance of the Company for the prior calendar year, as described more fully in the Company's annual report and articles of incorporation. Any decision by the board to offer a partial capital return in respect of any positive NAV performance of the Company in 2011 would be taken and communicated to shareholders during the course of 2012.
